Williams was born into the Royal home of Late Obong Udo Akpan Ekpoh Udo- Ataekong (Oku Inam III) of Nung Obio, Ibiaku Ntok Okpo, Ikono Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State. He Attended Government Primary School, Ibiaku Okpo and obtained his First School Leaving Certificate in 1989, proceeded to Urban Secondary Commercial School, Ibiaku Ntok Okpo and obtained Senior secondary School Certificate in 1993 and WAEC in 2000.
He also obtained Advance Level (AL) GCE in 2002 and National Diploma in computer science from Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua in 2004. He got his Higher National Diploma in Computer Science & Technology from Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State 2009. And did his one year mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with Baptist Grammar School, Idi-Ishin, Ibadan in Oyo State in 2010 where he taught ICT/Computer Studies. He is also armed with Bachelor of Science degree (BSc. Hons.) 2nd class upper division in Criminology and Security Studies with specialty in organized crime obtained from National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Abuja in 2016 and currently a Master Degree (MSc.) Candidate.
He is the Founder/President of National Association of Criminologists & Security Practitioners of Nigeria - NACSP (Inc: Association of Criminologists & Security Experts of Nigeria) the youth wing of Nigeria Society of Criminology (NSC). He is also the founder/discoverer of National Students Association of Criminology & Security Studies (NASACSS), Founder/Discoverer Foundation for the Victims of Crime (FOVOC), National Rifles Association (NRA). Williams have served as the Speaker of the 5th Assembly of National Association of Akwa Ibom State Students (NAAKISS) Worldwide Parliament and a Founder/President of many NGO’s.
He is a Peace Broker and Conflict Manager, trained Information and Communication Technology (ICT) / Computer Technologist, certified Criminologist and a seasoned Security Practitioner. He is working as a consultant to ICT and Security companies and currently serving as the Manager Silverwatch Security & Investment Ltd Uyo. He served as a distinguished member: “Youth Leadership crisis committee”, National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) under the aegis of Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports, Abuja. He is a born leader, columnist and a writer with many distinctive awards. He love travelling; music, computing and ontological research but his life circumvents (encircled) with Spirituality, Education, Activism and Business.
